SILVERLAKE TRI HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO OCTOBER 2012. 



Location: Southwyck Lake Park - Northfork Drive and Shelby Drive, Pearland, TX, 77584

Directions: Southwyck Lake Park is located 1 block South of FM 518 (aka Broadway) between County Road 90 and County Road 89 (aka Old Chocolate Bayou). From Houston, take Hwy 288 South past Beltway 8 and exit FM 518.  Take FM 518 and travel east to race day parking at 9330 Broadway (aka FM 518).

Race Day Parking: Available at 9330 Broadway (FM 518) just past County Road 90 on your right. Note there is a short 10 minute walk to the Southwyck Lake from the parking lot.

Times: Race start is at 7 AM. Body marking opens at 5:30 AM. Transition opens at 5:30 AM and closes at 6:30 AM. The event is USAT sanctioned and chip timing will be provided by Atomic Racing.

Entry Fees: $75 Individuals and $130 Relays. No transfers and no refunds of entry fees will be given.

On-Site Registration: Available until the race is sold out at packet pickup locations listed below.
NOTE: CASH OR CHECK ONLY ACCEPTED AT ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

Packet Pickup:

  1. HOUSTON LOCATION: TBD, Tri On the Run Fitness Center, Noon to 7 PM, 5535 Memorial Drive, Suite H, Houston, TX 77007 (next to Los Cucos Restaurant)

  2. PEARLAND LOCATION: TBD, Southwyck Lake Park (Race Site) under the gazebo, 9AM to 1 PM, Northfork at Shelby Drive, Pearland, TX 77584. Please check website for alternate packet pickup location in Pearland if Saturday is a bad weather day.

Note: A valid Photo ID and USAT Membership Card (or purchase of a one day racing license) are required at packet pickup. You must pick up your own packet. All members of a relay team must come to packet pickup and show a valid photo and USAT membership card (or purchase a one day racing license for $10).

Course Maps: Available at packet pickup.

Open Water Swim Wave Starts - Participants are required to:

  1. Wear the swim cap provided to each participant at packet pickup.
  2. Step across the timing mat with your wave in accordance with the event swim safety plan.
  3. Start the race at the designated wave start time-no exceptions please.
  4. A list of wave start times will be provided at packet pickup and can be downloaded here.
